Vine cultivation: Guyot.
Vineyard: in the village of Neive and Castiglione Tinella.
Exposure: northeast.
Soil: clay/limestone soil.
Vinification: soft pressured applied to the whole grape. Secondary fermentation in the bottle with classic method for 24 months. Disgorgement refinement in the bottle for 6 months.
Bottling: June.
Plants per hectare: 5,000.
Yield per hectare: 85 ql/ha and an average of 1.5 kg per plant.
Acohol content: 13%.
