Vinifi cation: soft pressured applied to the whole grape. Secondary fermentation in the bottle with classic method for 24 months. Disgorgement refinement in the bottle for 6 months.
Plants per Hectare: 5,000.
Yield per Hectare: 85 ql/ha and an average of 1.5 kg per plant.
Acohol Content: 13%.
