Vineyards:
The grapes come from the vineyards planted
during the last ten years, enjoying different
positions (East, West and South-West) and
situated at an altitude of about 400 metres
above see level. Plantation arrangement:
5,500 vines per Ha.

Wine making technique:
Harvest occurs during the second half of
September and grapes are hand picked into
small baskets. Vinification is traditionally carried out in red, with a delicate maceration on the skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Once the wine is devatted, the malolactic fermentation occurs.

Refining:
Refining occurs in steal vats for a period of
six months. During this period, the wine is
often devatted to facilitate the natural refining
of the wine and also undergoes a microoxigenation
process to enhance the fruity
notes of the wine.
Colour:
Intense ruby red with delicate violet hues.
Bouquet:
Fragrant and intense, with delicate notes of
red ripe fruits.
Taste:
Full and round, easy to drink and well
balanced. The first sensation is that one of a
fruity wine, but at the same time elegant and
ready to be drunk.
Alcohol content:
13% alc/vol.
